Artificial Remnants : Interactive installation

Concept

The project is an educational application from an alternate reality where all biological lifeforms have been wiped out of the surface of the planet and recreated with the help of AI. The application displays several lifeform specimens (a bug, a fish, a plant, a seashell) recreted by combining several species together.

The Installation

The project consists of several elements :

A set of AI-generated pictures of varied lifeforms, from Sofia Crespo's Neural Zoo project
A set of 3D printed specimens generated from the pictures.
An interactive game/application where the public can browse the specimens annotaded with Densecap and documented with AI-generated descriptions.
